We’re now looking for full-time Customer Service Advisors to be a part of our Loans and Savings team within Customer Operations. As a Customer Service Advisor for Loans and Savings your primary tasks will be reviewing loan applications in combination with handling questions about Qliro's Personal Loan and Saving products over the phone and email. Customer Operations is on an exciting journey, currently setting the structure for future growth and development.
As Operations Advisor for Loans and Savings the tasks vary between simpler cases to more complex errands that require collaboration with colleagues both within the team but also cross-functionally with the rest of the organization. This means that you will build a large network within the company.
In this role you will, among other things:
- Review and analyze loan applications to determine if applicants are credit worthy as well as reducing the risk of credit abuse and fraud.
- Request additional documentation when needed to support a loan decision.
- Escalate loan decision recommendations when further evaluation is required.
- Support customers by phone and email.
In this role administrative tasks and excellent customer service is central; therefore, you need to have an operational “touch”, to easily switch between tasks.
