Job Summary:
We are looking for an enthusiastic Web Designer to join our Software and Products Development division. As a Web Designer, you will be working as a part of an energetic team, the developer work will be noticed, appreciated, tested, and deployed. We are looking for a candidate who possesses skills to take initiative and while practising strong work ethics.
Location:
At our office in Ilford (London) and also required to travel and work at client project sites anywhere in the UK.

Educational Qualifications and Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in the relevant field.
- Intermediate to expertise in HTML5, CSS3,SASS,JavaScript/JQuery, Less, Bootstrap, Brochure creation, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc. is desirable.
- Customisation, implementation and support of content management applications such as Wordpress, Drupal is highly desirable

- Passion and enthusiasm for design, with a creative flair.
- Flexible approach when working in a team.
- Excellent communication skills in order to interpret and negotiate briefs with clients.

Roles and Responsibilities:
- Create website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices
- Write well designed, testable, efficient web designing code by using best software development practices
- Work effectively integrate data from various back-end services and databases
- Gather data and refine technical designing specifications as per clients requirements
- Be responsible for maintaining, expanding, and scaling the website.
- Stay plugged into emerging technologies/industry trends and apply them into operations and activities
- Cooperate with web designers to match visual design intent
- To develop specific sections and features within each website. Have a sound knowledge in Photoshop.
- Create and maintain design, content and copy for the website portfolio source imagery, content, multi-media and online resources as required.
- Create, design and construct website.
- Create, maintain and manage all design elements and promotional campaigns.
- Optimise digital imagery for the web.
- Research and follow new and developing trends & technologies within web and online design.
- Manage amendments to websites and ensure that delivery of this is carried out .
Technical Skills:
- Hands on knowledge in design with proven ability to deliver the project.
- A hand-on experience in building modular JavaScript applications in PHP
- Ability to translate and create wireframes, mock-ups, and visual design assets into engaging and user-friendly web experiences using CSS, HTML, Bootstrap, JavaScript and Photoshop.
- To be able to customise, implement and support the content management applications such as Wordpress, Drupal, etc.
- Knowledge of the latest technologies such as JavaScript, Typescript, and SQL Data Base and techniques for creating great UI architecture and engineering
- Breadth and depth across 2 of these 3 categories: product thinking, interaction design, and visual design.
- Highly organised, strong attention to detail, excellent verbal, and written communication skills.
- Expertise to deliver the projects within deadlines and to a high standard.
