The Role & Responsibilities
- Develop business and market intelligence for the decarbonization and sustainability market across all major sectors in Latin America
- Lead delivery of consulting/advisory studies for key customers across different sectors/industries
- Leverage experience from Worley/Advisian global locations and SME (subject matter expert) network to delivery consulting projects in Latin America
- Support the Growth Unit building connectivity within Latin America and rest of the Worley regions
- Typical study work could include GHG management support, Tradeoff for renewable energy, Alternative fuels assessment, transition risks, and green power supply alternatives from the electrical grid.
- Experience
o Consulting in the energy, resources, and/or oil & gas industries
o Project delivery in decarbonization and sustainability
o Deep knowledge of the Green House Gases Protocols to measure and manage CO2 emissions.
o Knowledge of CO2 offset markets in major Latin American countries.
o Knowledge of renewable energy technologies and delivery market instruments through the electrical grid, such as PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) for unregulated users.

- Qualifications
o Engineering, Economist Degree, MBA Preferred but not Mandatory
o Experience in the resources/energy sector especially in consulting
o 10-15 years overall work experience
o Fluency in Spanish and English is essential.
o Proficiency in Portuguese is highly valuable.
