- Addresses issues, inquiries and complaints providing an update and/or resolution by phone or through written correspondence, all within 24 - 48 hours.
- Reviews exceptions to policy with resolution which makes good business sense, are within established guidelines and in line with our business practices; must have prior approval by Supervisor, SME, Revenue or business partner.
- Reviews all booking aspects pre and post sailing, including verification of stateroom, air requirements, hotel packages, booking invoices, payments, manifests.
- Responsible for cross-referencing of payments, processing refunds, balance dues/collections, etc. as part of our review process.
- Special arrangements for amenities, commissions, payment(s), cancellation terms
- Processes all relevant information which will transmit electronically to the ships (such as special needs) and responsible for communicating verbally and in writing to all support departments as required.
- Processes and enters all dining requests.
- Finalizes and processes amenities in Legasuite, AS400, Siebel CRS and any other required system(s).
- Team members are responsible to conduct research and complete special requests made by travel agents and direct guests.
- Performs other duties as required.
