As an Operations project engineer you will manage the manufacturing and production testing of Treon products from early prototypes to final products. Together with your colleagues you take pride in high quality and reliability.

Qualifications and skills
BSc or MSc in Engineering or other relevant degree
Prior industrial experience in Quality management, or Design & development, or Industrial Engineering, or component Engineering
Willingness to take responsibility
Good negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills
Customer service attitude and ability to solve problems
Excellent communication in English, both written and verbal, additional languages are a plus
Proficient in the use of Office 365 Products
Key tasks
Actively collaborating with R&D project manager and other swim lane owners to align with the NPI project scope, targets, schedule, budget,& ramp-up plans and to mitigate the risks
Assessing the internal & external capabilities with prompt business case
Developing a new supply chain to ensure manufacturability & continual delivery capability from both in-house & outsource
Aligning with key stakeholders of supply chain and monitoring the status of key deliverables throughout project lifecycle
Facilitating timely design/proposal review with R&D and Suppliers to ensure design for manufacturability
Participating in new supplier qualification projects
Verifying & validating the readiness of E2E supply chain (incl. suppliers) for pilot & ramp-up
Capturing and maintaining lessons learnt

Knowledge in Lean and certified in Lean Six sigma Yellow/Green belt
Knowledge in PPAP and change management
PM fundamentals and PM tools & techniques would be an asset
