We are looking for a Sales Manager for Reka Rubber (REKA Kumi Oy). The sales manager is placed in the sales team, reports to the sales director and is responsible for our Swedish customers. The company's head office is located in Aura, Finland.

Reka Rubber has production plants in Finland and Poland. These plants manufacture rubber components for internationally known companies in various industries, for demanding locations and conditions.
The sales manager is responsible for the sales of customized products to Reka Rubbers Swedish customers, as well as customer acquisition regarding the deliveries of both Polish and Finnish units. Your responsibility as a sales manager is to find suitable solutions for each customer, while taking into account the cost-effective implementation of manufacturability. This job requires travelling.
- experience and verifiable success in selling customized products to B2B customers
- technical understanding and solution-oriented sales approach
- self-initiative and good customer management skills
- good negotiation skills and understanding of commercial contracts
- ability to cooperate and good interpersonal skills
- technical / commercial education
- excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, the corporate language is English
- experience in the rubber / plastic industry
- material knowledge (rubber, plastic, metal)
- other language skills, especially Finnish
